5. CUSTOM LIVERY DESIGNS AND SERVICES

 

For custom commissions:

 

- Design requirements must be clearly communicated by the customer.

- Initial concepts may be revised according to the agreed revision limits.

- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

- Final design files will be delivered in the format specified in the project agreement.

- Ownership and usage rights shall be governed by the applicable licensing agreement.

 

The Company reserves the right to refuse any commission that conflicts with applicable laws, ethical standards, or brand values.

 

6. LICENSING
